About Career Coaching Event

Career Orientation is designed and implemented to solve the problem of inadequate career orientation among secondary school students in Nigeria. The program exposes students to a wide range of careers and their opportunities. It provides tools that help students discover and unleash their potential in the right direction of their true personality.

Career Orientation program provides exposure visit opportunities for students to help them gain first-hand exposure to the labour market.

Model Of Career Orientation

Decentralized Seminar – Holding Career Orientation sessions in individual schools

Centralized Seminar – Converging secondary school students in a region to a particular venue for the Career Orientation session. Centralized Seminar holds once in a year per region after which decentralized sessions have held is about 50% schools in a region.

Seminar Structure – Facilitation by career counsellors and professional – Panel Discussion –  Talent show by interested students – Distribution of Career materials to students.

Our Career Material is sponsored and distributed free of charge to students.
